Profile pictures should change in these applications within a day.
Equinox will cache pictures for people who have recently contacted you and it can take a few days for changes to be seen by everybody.
Outlook and Skype should apply new pictures within a day. It can take a few days for a picture to be removed if it is hidden.
Step-by-step guide
Users can change their equinox photo by using the employee directory.
- Open a browser and go to employeedirectory.cwf.org
- Either remove the display picture or pick a new photo
- Submit
- Changes can take a few days to sync to Equinox, Outlook, and Skype
