Problem: Equinox on an Android will not ring or show incoming calls.
Some users have complained they cannot receive a ringtone when someone calls their CW phone number and they are waiting to receive calls in the Equinox app on their Android smartphones. Some people will not even see that a call is coming in, either.
Android has its own settings for the apps that run in it. They need to be set a specific way for the Equinox app to work with an Android phone. Match your Android phone to the following settings.
Open the menu (the triple lines) > Settings (the gear) > User Preferences > Audio/Video
Open the menu (the triple lines) > Settings (the gear) > User Preferences > Notifications > Channel Notification settings > App Notification
Getting this notification settings configured properly will help ensure you do not miss any calls.
