Step-by-step guide

When ready to join a teams meeting from the meeting reminder:

  1. Click on the "Join Online" button in the meeting reminder.
  2. Click the "Open Microsoft Teams" button.

  3. Click "Join Now" once the Teams App opens.

    You can also decide here whether to join with the microphone or webcam enabled.

When ready to join a teams meeting from the meeting invite:

  1. Click on the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link in the Teams signature.
  2. Teams should automatically open and ask you to join from step 3 above.
