Folks who have a new Voice over IP (VOIP) phone. You should recognize VOIP phones as one of these:
If you still struggle with the instructions below, contact the IT Services folks. There are a few things they can check to ensure the process below works for you.

| Click the Start button on your Windows PC and pen Software Center. | |
| Within Software Center, you should see a white and red icon labeled Equinox Desktop Client. Click that icon. |

| Click Install. This should just take a minute or two. When it is done, it will change the “Install” button to “Uninstall”. At this point, just close the whole Software Center. |

You will find Equinox on your desktop. |
