When you change your CWF login password, you will also need to change it in your wireless settings for Staff-Secure. If you don't, your device will continue to try to connect with the old password and lock out your account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to Settings > Wifi on your device.

  2. Select the information icon next to "Staff-Secure" in the network list.


  3. Select "Forget This Network." This will clear out your saved settings for Staff-Secure.


  4. Reconnect to Staff-Secure using your new password.
