Overview
As part of security best practices, CW computer users are required change their computer account password every 180 days. For users who work on multiple computers and mobile devices, it can be a challenge to keep their password up-to-date across these devices. User accounts can be frequently locked out when the password on one or more devices is not updated.

It is best practice not to store your CW password in your Apple Keychain. This happens when you check “Remember me” when connecting to CW network resources such as network shared folders or VPN.
Other Logins:
- If you have logged onto to any other server or workstation with your credentials in the past 180 days, check each of them to make sure you do not still have an active session.
- If you VPN from a personally owned computer, update your password for that connection.
