Users must be added to the SmartView Users AD group before SmartView will show up their Software Center. 

User must be connected to VPN or on site connected to the network in order to access Software Center install

Local Administrator permissions are not required to run the install.

DataVision and SmartView are not supported for installation on the same PC.  This may work if SmartView is installed first.
