Some users have complained they cannot receive a ringtone when someone calls their CW phone number withing and they are waiting to receive calls in the Equinox app on their Android smartphones. Some people will not even see that a call is coming in, either.
Android has its own settings for the apps that run in it. They need to be set a specific way for the Equinox app to work with an Android phone. Match your Android phone to the following settings.
Open the menu (the triple lines) > Settings (the gear) > User Preferences > Audio/Video
Open the menu (the triple lines) > Settings (the gear) > User Preferences > Notifications > Channel Notification settings > App Notification
Getting this notification settings configured properly will help ensure you do not miss any calls.
