If you're looking for privacy in sending emails in Outlook from your CWF account, e.g., JDoe@cwf.org, where they aren't being intercepted and read, you'll need to encrypt those messages. Here's how

Step-by-step guide

  1. Any outbound message containing “CWF_Confidential” in the subject field or the name of an attachment will be encrypted.

  2. There will be button option which will input “CWF_Confidential” in the subject field and the message will be encrypted.

  3. If you do not have the encrypt message button Image Added located in the tool bar when sending a new email message you can manually type "CWF_ Confidential" in the subject line or in the name of the attachment to encrypt the message.
