This guide is to address how common business activities can be accomplished while working remotely. The guide lists common business activities such as "making a phone call" or "hosting an online meeting" and steps to accomplish these.
- Accessing CW IT resources while working from home
- To do so you may or may not need to establish a VPN connection to CWF. Depending on the application or resource you are trying to access this may or may not be necessary. Below is a listing of common applications and if they require a VPN connection.

- Accessing email
- Email can be accessed remotely by either using the Outlook application installed on your machine or by visiting the Office 365 outlook website: https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox

- Making phone calls
- CW's phone system can be used while working remotely. Each CW issued computer will have an installed application named "Avaya Workplace" If you do not have Equinox installed on your PC you can use this guide to do so:
