When an update is pending on Equinox, you will see the following update notifications on the following devices.

On a Computer

This update prompt looks like this:

When clicked, it offers these options:

If “Later” is selected, the update prompt remains at the top of the application with this symbol 

If “Cancel” is selected, the offer to update disappears.  The next time Equinox opens, the app will offer the update again with the same symbol 

If “Update” is clicked, the Equinox app will be ready to accept login requests from the new Domain Controller. (Recommended)

On a Smartphone

This update prompt looks like this. We recommend you press Update to avoid service disruption.
