Resetting Equinox
Sometimes setting up Equinox (also called IX Workplace) can be troublesome if you took the wrong steps or you were not connected to the CW network at the time you set it up. This article helps you reset the Equinox application so that you can get a "fresh start" at it. This applies to Equinox on computers. If you are using a smartphone, you should refer to another article. This article also assumes you are using your PC or Mac from home or away from the CW network.
On your PC or Mac, ensure you are connected to the VPN. This will make these steps work as expected as you set up Equinox.
Once connected to the VPN, then clear the Equinox settings back to the beginning:

  1. At the setup screen, click the gear.
  2. Click "Manual configure" 


  3. Click Support > Reset Application > Done


This will get us started over.  Then close and reopen the software.
Entering your email, then your username and password… the same you use to login to your PC with. Your username should NOT include @cwf.org.
Your Equinox software should be running at this point.
