Sometimes setting up IX Workplace(formally called Equinox) can be troublesome if you took the wrong steps or you were not connected to the CW network at the time you set it up. This article helps you reset the Equinox application so that you can get a "fresh start" at it. This applies to Equinox on computers. If you are using a smartphone, you should refer to another article. This article also assumes you are using your PC or Mac from home or away from the CW network.
On your PC or Mac, ensure you are connected to the VPN. This will make these steps work as expected as you set up Equinox.
Once connected to the VPN, clear all the settings:

  1. At the setup screen, click the gear. (You may also just click the gear icon if you are already logged into the application)
  2. Click "Manual configure" 


  3. Click Support > Reset Application > Done


This will get the application started over.
Close and reopen the software.
Enter your email, then your username and password… the same password you use to login to your PC or email. Your username should NOT include @cwf.org.
Your Equinox software should be running at this point.
