This document is for those that have not setup alternate phone numbers or email addresses within the UKG Pro System.


Multifactor authentication (MFA) is a second form of verification that a user must provide to access a system or information.  UKG Pro has personal information that should be secured, and because of this, MFA Will be enforced.  Follow the guidelines for setting up MFA within UKG Pro.


 1. Log into UKG Pro https://e42.ultipro.com/default.aspx and ensure the Myself is selected at the top.  Under Personal information, click the Names, Address, and Telephone option.











2. Your information will show in the middle of the screen.  To add an alternate email, click the Change Names, Address, or Telephone on the right hand side under Things I Can Do.

3. You will the option under the Address section that allows you to add an alternate email address. Do not forget to click SAVE!


4.  To add an alternate phone number, click the Add Alternate Phone Number under the Things I Can Do on the right hand side.


5. You can add or change a number on this page.  Once you have entered the information, do not forget to click SAVE!


6. Once UKG Pro has multifactor authentication turned on, the first time you login with your username and password, you will see the options you have for MFA.  The screen will look similar to the below.  You can choose to have a code text to you, have a call made and a code repeated over the phone, or have a code emailed to you.  Once you receive the code, you will enter it in the space provided.  You are now able to get into your account and it is protected.
