This is instructions on how to scan to email from the newer Konica Minolta printers.  Screenshots may differ based on model but the process will be the same



  1. Place the document you would like to scan either in the feeder tray on the top or directly on the scanning glass.
  2. From the home screen select the "Scan" option
  3. Select "Direct Input"
  4. Select "Email"
  5. Using the keyboard on the screen type your email address (or the address you would like the scanned document sent) and select "OK"
  6. Press the "Start" button and your job will begin.  The document will be scanned and sent to the email address entered.
