Open Self Service on your Mac and under the All category or Featured Category click on install for the Avaya Equinox app
2. When the installation completes open the the Equinox app. The following screen will appear. Click on "Configure my account"
3. Click on the gear in the up right corner of the window and select "Use a web address".
Do not
enter your email address.
4. Enter the address: bit.ly/eqxcwf
5. Enter your CW username and password. You do not need the cwf.org
6. You will need to allow access to your calendar if you would like for that to be shown with in the app.
The same applies to the local contacts on your computer.
7. You should set Equinox as the default application for telephone services.
You are all set! You can view the tutorial for an introduction to the application if you need.
