Secure Print is only available to the large MFD's (Xerox printers)

In order to use the Secure Print option when printing to Xerox printers the "Xerox Print Experience" app needs to be installed on the workstation being printed from.

Please contact the IT Help Desk to install this app

Select Print like you would for any other print job and select the MFD to which you would like to print. Then select "Printer Properties" under the printer selection.

This opens a new dialog box for the Xerox Printer properties.

From the Job Type drop down menu select Secure Print.

You will then be prompted to enter a passcode. This code will be used at the printer to release the print job that you sent. Enter the code and then click OK in both of the new boxes

Click print to send the job to the printer like normal.

Once the job is sent to the printer you will need to go there to release it. To release follow the steps below:

Press the "Job Status" button on the printer
Select "Secure Print Jobs" to see the current jobs pending
Select the job corresponding to your user name
Enter the code you created before
The job will now print!
