First ensure that your iPhone or iPad is connected to a Wi-Fi network. To do this, tap Settings > Wi-Fi and confirm the screen looks similar to the one below.

The "Staff-Secure" Wi-Fi network is shown below, but any network will work.

Complete the four steps below to update your mobile device:
