When receiving a suspicous email please never forward it. That is one of the primary ways malicous emails spread.

Instead please report the email as phishing. This can be done as follows:

For Classic Outlook: 

• In the message list, select the message you wish to report.

• Above the reading pane, select Report As

• Select Report As once more

For New Outlook this can be done in one of two ways:

Method 1: 

• Select the message you wish to report

• Select the Report As shortcut appearing above the date/time of the message

• Select Report As once more

*If the Report As shortcut does not appear for you please follow Method 2

Method 2: 

• Select the message you wish to report
• Select the ellipsis (three dots) appearing near the top right of the message

• Select Phish Alert V2

• Select Report As
