Folks who have a new Voice over IP (VOIP) phone. You should recognize VOIP phones as one of these:

If you still struggle with phone on our newest phone system. The easiest way for you to know this includes you is if your voicemail is on the 7070 voicemail system (you dial ext. 7070 to access your voicemail). If you have this kind of voicemail, your phone and extension are on the newest phone system. If that is true, and you still cannot follow the instructions below, contact the IT Services folks. There are a few things they can check to ensure the process below works for you.

Click the Start button on your Windows PC and pen Software Center. 

Within Software Center, you should see a white and red icon labeled
Equinox Desktop Client.  Click that icon.

online for those who have administrative rights on the

Mac or PC they are working on.

Find the files here.


Click Install.  This should just take a minute or two. 
When it is done, it will change the “Install” button to “Uninstall”. 
At this point, just close the whole Software Center.

You will find Equinox on your desktop.
Open it and use the orange configure button to get it started. 
It will simply ask for your email address, username and password.
