Sometimes setting up IX Avaya Workplace (formally called Equinox) can be troublesome if you took the wrong steps or you were not connected to the CW network at the time you set it up. This article helps you reset the Equinox application so that you can get a "fresh start" at it. This applies to Equinox on computers. If you are using a smartphone, you should refer to another article. This article also assumes you are using your PC or Mac from home or away from the CW network.
On your PC or Mac, ensure you are connected to the VPN. This will make these steps work as expected as you set up Equinox.
