  1. Download the Outlook app from the App store.
    1. This is a free download
    2. You will need to know your AppleID password.

      All AppleID information is controlled by Apple. CW IT Services can NOT do anything to help with that password. You can visit https://iforgot.apple.com to reset your password if needed.


  2. Open the Outlook app for the first time and click on "Get Started"
  3. Select whether or not you would like to receive notifications from this app.  This can be changed later. You will need to verify your selection.

      
  4. You will then be prompted to add and account.  Click on "Lets Do It"




  5. Type in your cwf.org email address and click "Add Account"




  6. You will be redirected to the "Colonial Williamsburg Federated Sign On" page to enter your password.  This verifies your password against our internal records.





  7. All Done!!
