Getting the Files
Download the IBM ACS .zip file to your PC from the Telework Toolkit Document library here.
Once you have downloaded it, you should find the .zip fil in your Downloads folder on your PC.
Installing the IBM ACS Application
Extract the .zip package.

Extracting a .zip file is like unpacking a box of files. When extracting them, you will be asked to choose a location where you would like your extracted files to go. I highly suggest you create a place first, such as a C:\IBM folder. |
Once all the files are extracted from the .zip file, you may delete the .zip file from your downloads folder.
Browse to the files you extracted. Let's pretend you extracted yours to C:\IBM as we walk through these examples.
Browse to this path, C:\IBM\Windows_Application\ and find the file called install_acs_32.js and run that file. This will install IBM ACS on your PC.

Java is required to be installed on your PC for the IBM ACS application to work. Java can be downloaded and installed at www.java.com and is free. |
