- At the setup screen, click the gear.
- Click "Manual configure"
- Click Support > Reset Application > Done
This will get us started over. Then close and reopen the software.
Entering your email, then your username and password… the same you use to login to your PC with. Your username should NOT include @cwf.org.
Your Equinox software should be running at this point.
