Visit iforgot.apple.com and enter your Apple ID. This is the email address associated with your Apple account.
Choose the option to reset your password.
Choose the option to Get an email.
Follow on-screen instructions and check your email to finish resetting the Apple will send an email to your linked email address. Open that email and verify you wish to reset your password.
You will be prompted to update your the Apple password which is stored on any Apple devices linked to your Apple devicesID.
