Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to create a service request:

  1. Go to the IT Help Desk portal
  2. Click on the Request something new link
  3. In the dialog box that displays start creating the Level 1 issue by completing the following:
    1. Raise this request on behalf of will default to the user logged in but can be changed
    2. Summary is a short and to the point title
    3. Description should give details of the problem
  4. Click the Create button
