- You must be on the Colonial Williamsburg network to access your voicemail. To access the network, you can:
- Be on site and:
- Connect to the VPN.
Open your browser and navigate to https://voicemail.cwf.org.
Warning This works best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge while on a CWF provided workstation. Using a non-CWF workstation or other browsers such as Firefox may present a security warning.
Tip If you receive a page that looks like this, you should first revisit step 1. If you are confident that you are connected to the network and still get this page then you will need to contact the helpdesk.
- Click on Password Reset.
- Enter your cwf email address, click the "Reset UC Application Password" radio button, type the capcha, and click Send a Request.
You will be presented with this page and will receive an email shortly. Click the link in the email.
Warning Security advisory: Only click on links like this if you have initiated the request. This is a very long link and phishing emails often look like this.
This email will come from voicemail@cwf.org. You can see the sender email by hovering over the "From" contact card.
The link from this email should also start with "https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com" or "https://voicemail.cwf.org". It is always a good idea to confirm links by hovering over them with your mouse, or long press if on a mobile device, to view the tooltip. In this case, the link in our email starts with the outlook.com address but hovering reveals it to be our voicemail.cwf.org address. This link is safe to click.- Clicking on the link in the email will send you to the password reset form. Enter your new password and click "Reset Password"
- You should be presented with a confirmation page and you can now log into your voicemail.
