Know the name of the printer you wish to map to your computer
- At the bottom left hand side of the screen click on the Magnifying glass:
- In the dialog box type "\\printserve12012printa" and press Enter
From the list of printers, find the name of the printer you wish to map to and double click on it
Info title Info If you do not see your printer listed, verify the name is correct. If still not listed, during during Step 4 instead of "\\printserve12012printa" try "\\printservebhs", "\\printservegbo" or "\\printfso"printb"
- The printer will now be mapped and you will be able to print to it from your computer
